PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ABOUT JOHN MASCHERONI
John Mascheroni grew up learning the basics of furniture making from his father, a master carver from Northern Italy who came to the USA to run a custom furniture company. John, wose real passion was in modernism, assumed control of the company in 1960 and slowly began to introduce his own designs into the collection. In 1968, two of his designs ware accepted by MoMA for their permanent collection. In 1981, John closed the manufacturing business and, since then, has devoted his full attention to designing furniture and lighting for other well-known manufacturers.
